اقتحم رئيس حكومة الاحتلال بنيامين نتنياهو، برفقة عدد من وزراء حكومته وآلاف المستوطنين، الليلة الماضية وفجر الأحد، ساحة حائط البراق في البلدة القديمة بالقدس المحتلة، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة، عشية ما يسمى بـ"عيد الغفران" اليهودي.
تشديد أمني في البلدة القديمة
كثفت قوات الاحتلال انتشارها في البلدة القديمة ومحيط حائط البراق والطرق المؤدية إليه، بالتزامن مع إغلاق عدد من الطرق وتشديد القيود على حركة المقدسيين، وسط إجراءات أمنية واسعة في المنطقة.
تدفق المستوطنين إلى حائط البراق
وتدفق آلاف المستوطنين إلى ساحة حائط البراق عبر شارع الواد، وسط انتشار أمني مشدد رافق وصول نتنياهو وعدد من وزراء حكومته.
استعدادات لطقوس دينية
وبحسب القناة 14 العبرية، وصل نتنياهو إلى حائط البراق تحت حراسة أمنية مشددة، بالتزامن مع استعداد جماعات استيطانية لإقامة طقوس وصلوات تلمودية في محيط المسجد الأقصى.
تصعيد في القدس المحتلة
وتأتي هذه الإجراءات في ظل تكثيف الوجود العسكري لقوات الاحتلال في البلدة القديمة ومحيط المسجد الأقصى، بالتزامن مع استمرار اعتداءات المستوطنين في الضفة الغربية وتشديد القيود في القدس المحتلة خلال الأعياد اليهودية.

Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accompanied by several government ministers and thousands of settlers, entered the Al-Buraq Wall plaza in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem late Saturday and early Sunday, amid heightened security measures ahead of the Jewish Yom Kippur holiday.
Heavy Security in the Old City
Occupation forces intensified their deployment throughout the Old City, around the Al-Buraq Wall and along roads leading to the site. Several roads were closed, while restrictions on the movement of Jerusalem residents were tightened.
Settlers Gather at Al-Buraq Wall
Thousands of settlers arrived at the Al-Buraq Wall plaza through Al-Wad Street, amid extensive security measures accompanying Netanyahu and several members of his government.
Preparations for Religious Rituals
According to Israel's Channel 14, Netanyahu arrived at the Al-Buraq Wall under heavy security, while settler groups prepared to hold religious rituals and Talmudic prayers in the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Escalation in Occupied Jerusalem
The measures come amid an intensified military presence by occupation forces in the Old City and around Al-Aqsa Mosque, alongside continued settler attacks in the occupied West Bank and tighter restrictions in occupied Jerusalem during Jewish holidays.
